Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Is my account on Morlor Education personal?
A:Yes, it is your personal account. Each member must have their own account.  

Q: Can i cancel my account?
A: Yes. Contact our Subscription support and they will help you.
Just remember not to cancel your account as long as your subscription is valid.


Q: What do I get access to in the different subscription plans?
A: You will find what is included in the different plans here

Q: Can i cancel my subscription?
A: Yes. Just go into "My account" – "Billing" and delete the credit card information there.

Q: What payment options do you offer?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal.
For retreats and our longer Movement Medicine courses and education in our studio in Stockholm, we offer participants to pay by invoice.
We must receive the payment 14 days before the start of the retreat or training.  
We offer monthly invoices for companies where we have ongoing education over a more extended period. 

Q: How do I change my credit card information
A: Just go to "My account" – "Billing" and change the credit card information there.

A: How can I book a LIVE Class or a LIVE Event?  
Q: You can easily book your spot in the Booking Calendar.

Q: How long does a LIVE Event or LIVE Class last?
A: An Event or Class can last between 1 and 2 hours, depending on the theme.
Our Interactive webinars last between 1 – 3 hours, depending on how many questions are asked.  

Q: How long before an Event or Class starts do I have to book?
A: You can book your spot just before the scheduled start time, but it is good if you make your booking no later than one hour before the start so that our Support can help you out if something goes wrong.  

Q: Is there a limit to how many participants can register?
A: Yes, but as a Plus Subscriber, you have Priority to all Events and Classes, both online and physical Events and retreats.  

Q: Can I get a refund if I have paid for an Event I was prevented from attending?
A: No, but you can use your payments for another Event under the condition that you notify us by latest 12 hours before the Event’s scheduled starting time.

A: Are my Private Session confidential?  
Q: Yes, all conversations between us stay between us.

Q: How do i book my Private Session?
A: You can see available times in the Booking calendar if you want to book a single Private Session.
If you want to have recurring Private Sessions at regular intervals, you should contact us with your wishes,
and we will get back to you with information.

Q: How long before an Event or Class starts do I have to book?

Q: I own a company; what services can you offer us?
A: We have worked with many companies over the years and can offer a portfolio of different services, which in most cases, are combined into a tailor-made solution which includes Movement Medicine practice, leadership training, brand building, and implementation of healthy values and corporate culture.
We offer both Private Sessions and Group Sessions, for example, with a management team or an owner group.   The sessions can be held online, in our studio in Stockholm, or at your company.

A: What's the difference between a Base Subscription and the Plus Subscription?

Q: How often do you add new material?
A: It varies a bit, but every month there is new material added.

Q: How long are the course videos?
A: It varies depending on the theme, but most of them are around 40 minutes up to one hour.

Q: Can I share the course videos or course materials with someone else?
A: No, all material on Morlor Education is copyrighted and may not be shared without written permission from us.

Q: Is it safe to practice Movement Medicine?
A: Yes. However, if you have any serious illness, you should consult your doctor before practicing.

Q: If i want to meet you IRL (in real life) and practice Movement Medicine, how do i do it?
A: You can either attend (or organise) a private retreat or participate in our LIVE Classes in our studio in Stockholm.
