You can book physical meetings with Johanna or Peter as a client.
An online meeting can never replace a physical, real-world meeting, although the online forum is an excellent option that makes it possible to communicate easily across the world.
We have some primary conditions that must be met for you to book a physical meeting.
These are:
We need a complete person and contact information for the person/s to whom the booking relates.
Personal data means full name and ID number (social security number).
Contact information such as the address of the meeting place, telephone number, and e-mail address.
Compensation for travel and subsistence
At all meetings with the client, travel expenses and compensation for subsistence are paid by the client.
For travel, we accept only the shortest travel time option.
By subsistence, we mean hotels, a house, or apartments we can dispose of alone.
Options for booking and reservations
1.You, as a client, book travel and subsistence. However, both travel options and hotels must be approved and confirmed by us first.
2.We book travel and subsistence. However, the travel option and hotel must be approved by you first.
If there are additional trips locally, these must be paid for by the client.
